SPR collaborated with Associates Jack Gilding and Jack Redpath to design, research,and deliver a new UTAS course on climate policy and accounting. This included delivering 12 sets of Powerpoints,speaking notes, pre-recorded lectures (as video and audio files), live lectures and tutorials, and tutorial, research and assessment materials. The course content included an overview, key concepts and terms,international frameworks and protocols, domestic frameworks, climate policy instruments and choice, major climate policies in Australia, the Tasmanian context, reporting and disclosure standards (global and domestic), key issues by sector, land-use and offsets, financial disclosure, summary and future options.
