This project followed the South East Melbourne Roadmap to Net Zero Emission prepared for GSEM and SECCCA. Mornington Peninsula Shire requested a specific and detailed Roadmap tailored for its Shire. SPR quantified expected greenhouse gas emissions in a reference or ‘business as usual’ case, detailed the most significant and cost-effective abatement opportunities in all sectors, and quantified an accelerated action pathway drawing on cost-effective and available strategies, with detailed results for all sectors of the economy.
