Key values used by the calculator include dwelling type, year of construction, and post code. The Calculator estimates fuel and greenhouse gas emissions savings associated with each of the loan portfolio dwellings, compared to state/territory-wide averages, total savings for each portfolio, and the % emissions reductions compared to average dwellings.
