Services SPR offer include policy design, research and development, quantitative analysis and modelling of economic, energy and emissions scenarios and interventions, program evaluation and assessment, stakeholder engagement and consultation, as well as the preparation of specific products such as regulation impact assessments, cost benefit analyses and inventory reports.
SPR was commissioned to prepare energy efficiency forecasts for each separate Australian State and Territory.
